KATHMANDU: Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun is presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2024-25 in the Federal Parliament.
As mandated by Article 119 of the Constitution, the budget must be presented at a joint session of the Federal Parliament.
The budget speech, originally scheduled for 1 PM, has been delayed by two hours due to a postponement in the Cabinet meeting.
