KATHMANDU: President Bidhya Devi Bhandari today issued three ordinance related to the budget.
As per the Office of the President, Bhandari has issued Financial Ordinance, 2078, Appropriation Ordinance, 2078 and National Debt Collection Ordinance, 2078.
Earlier today, the Cabinet had approved the budget for the Fiscal Year 2078/79 and sent it for authentication from the President.
Despite all-round protests, the government is releasing full budget for the coming fiscal year 2078/79 today through an ordinance.
Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel is scheduled to make the budget public at 4 pm from Singh Durbar.
