KATHMANDU: Rastriya Beema Company Limited’s profit has decreased by 18.27 percent in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2020-21 compared to the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Publishing the financial report today, it has posted a net profit of Rs 63.85 crore in Q4 of the fiscal year 2020-21, up from Rs 78.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the fiscal year 2019-20.
While its income from net premium has decreased by 35.60 percent from Rs 34.87 crore to Rs 22.45 crore at the end of Q4 this year, its income from reinsurance commission has decreased to Rs 17.48 crore from Rs 17.95 crore.
It currently has Rs 2.96 billion in reserve with an insurance fund of Rs 2.25 billion. Its paid-up capital stands at Rs.26.66 crore.
Its earning per share stands at Rs 239.49, net worth per share at Rs 2057.09, and quarter-end P/E ratio at 38.41 times.
