KATHMANDU: 753 local-level governments are unveiling their annual budget for the upcoming Fiscal Year 2079-80 today.
The Intergovernmental Finance Management Act 2074 states that local level governments should bring the budget by Asar 10.
Local levels bring the budget based on grants provided by the federal and provincial governments and local resources. Local governments get equalization, conditional, special and equalization grant from the federal government.
