KATHMANDU: Manakamana Cable Car service has been shut for one week citing for maintenance.
Ujwal Sherchan, managing director of the company informed that the cable car service will remain shut for one week starting from Wednesday. The company had resumed cable service recently following nine months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Flow of visitors was impressive ever since we resumed service a month ago. However, we have to maintain and repair infrastructures as per our guideline owing to which we are shutting down the service for a week,” informed Sherchan.
