KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) today dismissed the government’s appeal seeking to review the court’s previous verdict to ensure free treatment of COVID-19 patients.
A full bench of justices Hari Krishna Karki, Sapana Malla Pradhan, and Purushottam Bhandari today dismissed the appeal filed by the Ministry of Health and Population.
Earlier on October 1, court had issued a verdict asking the government to ensure free test and treatment of COVID-19 patients.
