KATHMANDU: Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has activated a 24/7 crisis cell to support tourists following the recent disruptions caused by heavy rain. As the monsoon season begins to recede and conditions improve, we are pleased to announce that life is gradually returning to normal, and tourism is on the path to recovery.
Most major roads are now connected, and flights to and from Kathmandu are operating as usual. While some trekking areas are still being restored, we encourage travelers to continue their journeys and explore the natural beauty of Nepal.
Deepak Raj Joshi, CEO of the Nepal Tourism Board, expresses gratitude to all tourists for their patience and understanding during this challenging time. He invites both national and international travelers to visit and experience the warmth of Nepal.
