KATHMANDU: Adarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ADARSHA) is closing the issue of 67,000 units worth Rs. 67 lakhs as Initial Public Offering to the general public from today i.e. Ashad 5. This IPO issue was opened on Ashad 1. However, the IPO was scheduled to close on Ashad 6, but due to the government’s decision to grant one day of public holiday on Saturday beginning with Ashad 1, the issue is closing on Sunday.
Out of the offered 67,000 units; 0.5% of the issued capital i.e. 1,035 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares to the general public i.e. 3,350 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 62,615 units are for the general public.
BOK Capital Limited is appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares to a maximum of 1000 shares.
