KATHMANDU: CG Motor, a subsidiary of the Chaudhary Group, has launched its first crossover electric vehicle, Neta V in Nepal. The Neta V is a 4-metre electric crossover manufactured by Hozon Auto.
The Neta V comes with two battery options: a 31-kWh and a 38-kWh, globally. However, CG Motors has launched the Neta V deluxe model that comes with a 38-kWh battery.
The EV has a length of 4070 mm, a width of 1690 mm, and a height of 1540 mm. Also, it has a wheel ways of 2420 mm, according to CG Motors. This electric car has a ground clearance of 160mm. This car is attractive and striking, with a design that is comparable to Tesla’s, which may pique your interest.
Keyless entry, a rearview camera, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system), ABS (anti-lock braking system), hill start assist, driver/passenger airbags, and other safety features are included in the car.
The EV has a charging port on both sides. A slow charging port on one side, and a fast-charging port on the other. A slow charger takes 12 hours to charge this car. According to the company, the fast charger can charge up to 80% in 30 minutes.
The car has been priced at Rs 37.99 lakhs in the Nepali market.
