KATHMANDU: NMB Bank, in the partnership with Netherlands Development Organization (NDO), has handed over 5728 improved cooking stoves at the rural households of Sudurpaschim and Karnali province.
Under the project, improved stoves in various rural areas of Far West and Karnali with the objective of improving the living standards of the people in rural areas.
The bank’s microfinance department has been successfully working on the project in collaboration with SNV and has been providing services in collaboration with this project as well as various other projects.
