KATHMANDU: Nepal has received foreign assistance pledge worth Rs 110.85 billion in the first six months of the current fiscal year.
Of the total assistance pledged, 94 percent is in the form of foreign loan while six percent is as grant, as per officials at the Ministry of Finance (MoF).
Ministry officials informed that the decline in foreign assistance is expected to pressurize the government in manage financial resources amidst low revenue collection.
