KATHMANDU: Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has proposed the dividend for the fiscal year 2077-78. The 166th Board of Directors meeting of Unilever Nepal Limited approved the audited Annual Accounts of the Company for FY 2077-78.
The board has recommended distribution of Rs 650 Per share as a dividend out of the profit available for appropriation. October 11 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
