Global IME Bank enforces 7 days paid annual leave policy to promote domestic tourism

KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank has initiated a new annual leave policy for its staff members with an aim to promote the domestic tourism sector of the nation.

With the enforcement of the new annual leave policy, more than 3000 employees of the bank are now required to get the paid annual leave of at least seven days to visit the places of domestic tourism amid the challenging times of COVID induced decline in the hospitality sector in the nation, as per the media statement.

The bank currently provides its services in 76 districts via its 273 branches, 248 ATM outlets, 257 branchless banking units, 47 extension and revenue collection counters, and 3 foreign relations offices under its network.
