Union, Sanima Life Insurance apply for IPO issuance at Sebon

KATHMANDU: Union Life Insurance and Sanima Life Insurance Company have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (Sebon) seeking permission to issue an IPO. Both these companies have submitted their application for the purpose to Sebon on June 12.

Both these companies have already appointed Prabhu Capital as their share issue and sales manager.

Meanwhile, Jeevan Bikas Microfinance has got permission for issuance of ordinary shares (IPO). Sebon has given permission to the company to issue 1,977,300 shares
