KATHMANDU: Senior Vice President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) Chandra Prasad Dhakal said that the budget announcement for upcoming fiscal year is ‘satisfactory’ as the budget has addressed majority concerns of the private sector.
Responding the media after the budget that was introduced through ordinance today, Dhakal informed that many suggestions from the private sector have been included in the budget speech.
“The budget sounds good. We’ll look at it more closely and make the institutional view public soon,” said Dhakal. “It’s good that the tourism sector has been recognized as the productive sector and arrangements have been made to promote domestic tourism.”
