Ncell introduces hotline service for free Covid-19 counseling

KATHMANDU: Private telecom firm Ncell has launched its hotline service (9805554500) with the intention to provide free Covid-19 consultation and counseling service.

The company said that the hotline/helpline service will operate round the clock and will try addressing queries and concerns of the general public across the country regarding the coronavirus disease.

Operated in collaboration with Dhulikhel Hospital under Ncell’s corporate social responsibility, the hotline service provides daily free health counseling to patients in isolation at home across the country, informed Ncell.

Under this initiative, the Dhulikhel Hospital will also make calls to those staying in isolation on daily basis to check their health condition and provide required health advice.

At times when second wave of the coronavirus is spreading rapidly and thousands of infected isolating themselves at home, the Dhulikhel Hospital-Ncell collaboration is expected to help disseminate proper and useful information regarding the coronavirus disease amongst public.

Besides, Ncell has been continuously raising Covid-19 awareness in collaboration with Ministry of Health and Population.

As one of the largest FDI company in Nepal, Ncell has been active enough to help the government and the entire country fight against this deadly pandemic.

Of late, the company has also launched multiple customer friendly relief offers for customers, allowing them to get service at more affordable rate in this time of need when people are compelled to remain confined but obliged to remain connected.
