KATHMANDU: Couple of hours after the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) decided to set quota on the number of domestic flights to be allowed to operate from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) everyday, the government has decided to suspend all domestic flights from TIA from Monday mid-night.
The Cabinet meeting decided to suspend domestic flights from Monday midnight based on the recommendation of Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC), informed a Minister.
Similarly, the government has also decided to suspend all flights from India, Brazil and South Africa.
