KATHMANDU: Former Chairman of Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce, Saurya Shamsher Rana, passed away on Sunday morning.
Rana, who underwent heart surgery at Mediciti Hospital in Kathmandu four days ago, died this morning. His last rites will be performed at Pashupati Electric Crematorium later today.
Rana was associated with Sipradi Trading, the authorized distributor of Tata vehicles in Nepal, since almost 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, a daughter and a son.
