KATHMANDU: Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of 15 companies worth Rs 5.15 billion is in the pipeline.
The 15 companies in the pipeline include 10 hydropower companies, 1 life insurance company, 1 merchant bank and 3 other companies.
Until recently, the share price of the hydropower company fell and investors were not attracted to it. However, at recent times, hundreds of new investors are being added to the stock market every day. As the result, the demand for shares in the market has doubled and the share price of the hydropower company has also increased accordingly.
Below are the list of companies preparing to issue IPOs in the near future:
