Ncell launches ‘Fast Forward Life’ campaign to normalize COVID-19 effects

KATHMANDU: Ncell has launched a new campaign, encouraging people to move forward with new normal, embracing the effects of the COVID-19 and the inconvenient circumstances conditions the pandemic has created.

The campaign entitled ‘Fast Forward Life’ encourages people to rethink the future and move forward with digital power. Ncell announced the launch of the campaign by releasing a short film on its social media pages on Monday evening.

Ncell launched the ‘Fast Forward Life’ campaign with the tagline ‘Let’s Move Forward Digitally’ in line with its brand essence ‘Today, Tomorrow and Always Together’. The short video shows how to move forward faster by making life easier with digitally, by making services convenient.

The importance and use of digital services and facilities has increased, especially after the COVID-19. Ncell, which has been working diligently in response to the COVID-19 from the very beginning, had earlier launched the ‘Unpause’ campaign, under which the company launched innovative offers and prigrammes such as ‘Go SIM’ and ‘Ncell Jobshop’ and ‘Ncell Audio Class’.

Ncell had also organized a ‘Moving Ahead’ webinar series to share experiences on lessons learned, experiences, new generalizations and how to re-imagine the future in times of crisis. Ncell is expected to bring services and facilities for its customers that can benefit from digital power following the launch of its new campaign.

Ncell, which has contributed to the uninterrupted access to communication services by providing special relief in the charges of its various services during the lockdown, had also brought various offers for the customers after the lockdown was lifted.

As per Ncell, the company’s COVID-19 responses include various discounts on service charges, 120 percent bonus on recharges, free balance transfer services and various customer-friendly offers worth Rs 9.7 billion. Ncell in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Population and UNICEF is also working constantly to raise awareness about COVID-19 and public health regulations.
