Air India resumes Delhi-Kathmandu flight after nine months

KATHMANDU: Air India, which had restricted flights to Kathmandu following COVID-19 spread, resumed Delhi-Kathmandu flights from today.

The airline company has set a minimum fare of Rs 9,277 for Nepali passengers. Air India conducted a Delhi-Kathmandu flight with more than 50 percent today, as per Air India’s office at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA).

The narrow body aircraft (Airbus 320) of Air India from Delhi landed at TIA at 11:07 am this morning with 99 passengers and returned Delhi with 92 passengers.
