KATHMANDU: Respective developers of four major infrastructure projects being facilitated by the Investment Board Nepal (IBN) have submitted the detailed project report (DPR) and detailed feasibility study report (DFSR) of the projects.
As per IBN, Flash Freight Logistics and International Cargo Pvt Ltd, the developer of the Private Freight Terminal and Bulk Handling Facilities Project has submitted the DFSR of the project to the board recently. IBN and Flash Freight Logistics and International Cargo had inked a memorandum of understanding of the project, which is being built in Bhairahawa and Birgunj, on November last year.
Similarly, China-Nepal Industrial Park, the developer of the Damak Clean Industrial Park, has also submitted the DPR for the project. Earlier, IBN had approved an investment of $586.1 million for the construction of the project.
Likewise, CG Logistics Pvt Ltd and Sharaf Group, the developers of the Multi-model Logistics Park Project in Biratnagar has submitted DFSR of the project to IBN while Muktinath Darshan Pvt Ltd submitted the DPR of Birethanti-Muktinath cable car to IBN.
IBN CEO Sushil Bhatta informed that these projects will soon enter next phase of development.
