NAC revises PCR rule for Hong Kong flights

KATHMANDU: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has changed the PCR test deadline for Hong Kong flights.

Karishma Shrestha, the spokesperson of the NAC, said that the passengers have to submit a PCR report tested within 48 hours to travel to Hong Kong via NAC.

Prior to this, the national flag carrier had made it mandatory to submit a PCR report tested within 72 hours.

Hong Kong had already banned the national flag carrier four times after passengers who went to Hong Kong through NAC tested positive for corona at the airport there.

The national flag carrier has recently banned flights to Hong Kong till December 17. However, this rule only applies to flights to Hong Kong.
