KATHMANDU: The election for the new executive committee of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) is underway in Kathmandu today.

FNCCI, the largest body representing the private sector, is expected to get new executive committee under the leadership of Shekhar Golchha by midnight today.

Among others, the election for the post of senior vice-president is the center of attraction in today’s election as the senior vice-president elected today will automatically become FNCCI’s president after three years as per the organization’s statute.
