FinMin assures necessary support to ensure timely completion of Melamchi Water Project

KATHMANDU: Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has assured to provide necessary support to ensure the completion of Melamchi Drinking Water Project soon.

Speaking in a programme at the Finance Ministry on Wednesday, Poudel informed that the Finance Ministry is making necessary preparation to support and ease for the project completion.

In order to expedite the project work, the ministry will be collaborating with the concerned bodies , informed Paudel.

On the occasion Minister for Drinking Water, Bina Magar said that all the concerned authorities are working actively in the drinking water project to complete the project on time.

Participants in the programme discussed the current situation, problem, expenditure and implementation of the budget allocated for the project for fiscal year 2020/21. They stressed on effective implementation of the budget and making significant progress in physical infrastructure and financial aspect of the project.
