KATHMANDU: The government has appointed former Finance Minister Yuba Raj Khatiwada as the special economic advisor of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
A recent meeting of the Cabinet had decided to appoint Khatiwada to the post which entitles him to the benefits of a cabinet minister, informed Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, spokesperson of the government.
