KATHMANDU: The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has requested eligible institutional investors to submit their applications to participate in the ordinary share purchase process to be issued through book building method. The board has invited interested institutional investors who have qualified as per the Book Building Directive 2020 to apply within 35 days. Once approval has been given to such institutional investors, they will be able to participate in the initial public offering (IPO) to be issued through book building method. Listed organizations, financial institutions established by Special Act, collective investment fund managers, collective investment fund schemes, merchant bankers, recognized retirement funds, securities traders and investment companies established for the purpose of investing in securities with a minimum net worth of Rs 100 million can apply for the IPO.
