KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Capital Limited has announced its plan to distribute 18% of paid-up capital as cash dividend. As per NIC Asia Capital, the proposal to this effect will be taken at the firm’s AGM slated for September 3.
The AGM will be held at the registered office of NIC Capital Limited at 9 am in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
